STUDIO AND LOCATION PHOTOGRAPHY
On location my team and I work quickly and efficiently on set-up so I can focus on connecting with my subject in the time we have together. I thrive in shoots that demand spontaneous creative solutions in challenging environments.
I love working with a client and my team of professional stylists and assistants to find the best way to tell a compelling story. Whether it's a performer in need of dramatic lighting and a cinematic backdrop or a catalog shoot with models, or products and an elaborate set, I love problem solving and working until the clients have the results they need.
The photography studio in downtown Seattle has a 25x13 foot shooting bay, 10ft ceilings, a lounge, and a full kitchen and bathroom. There's plenty of room for art directors, stylists, producers, costumers, and models to all fit comfortably around an elaborate set.
I use a digital medium format Pentax 645Z and full-frame 50 megapixel Canon cameras that provide high resolution images able to be reproduced at any size you need.
POST-PRODUCTION / DIGITAL RETOUCHING
If you can imagine it, I can make it a reality.
Seamlessly changing backgrounds, color correction, smoothing skin and fabric, compositing multiple photographs into one – I have expert skills in all these areas of photography post-production.
Local artists, global brands, and international magazines have hired me for my expert digital editing and compositing skills.
